During our stay in Florence, we had the pleasure of staying at a conveniently located hotel. It was just a short walk away from the main train station, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit nearby landmarks. The room we stayed in was cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing space for our family. The bathroom was clean and spacious, with hot water and good water pressure. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful, providing us with useful tips and recommendations for local restaurants and public transportation.
We were disappointed to find that there was no air conditioning in the room. The lack of air conditioning made the room quite hot and uncomfortable, especially during the muggy weather.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was spot on. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was exceptional. The hotel facilities, including a water cooler and kitchen, were very convenient. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the city center and the Santa Maria Novella train station.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. its location was absolutely fantastic, being so close to the train station and within walking distance to all the main attractions. It made exploring the city a breeze! Secondly, the staff here were absolutely wonderful. They were attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities, including a private bathroom. It was truly a great value for the price.
I could not find a single fault with this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect!
